Questions

What do I need to run it?

A Windows laptop or desktop. ChatNano runs on the processor, so you don't need a graphics card. Nano Tokyo needs about 0.5 GB of free memory; the bigger models need more.

Is it as good as ChatGPT?

No. ChatNano's models are tiny next to cloud AI, so they know less and make more mistakes. In return, everything happens on your computer, it works offline, and it's private. Check anything that matters.

Does it work without the internet?

Yes. Once a model is downloaded, chats, voice calls and pictures all work offline.

What happens to my chats?

They're saved on your computer, and nowhere else. You can delete a chat by right-clicking it in the sidebar.

When can I get it?

ChatNano is coming soon to Windows. Write to hello@estience.com if you'd like to hear when it's out.

Your own AI, on your own computer.
